Contract Management

The Contract Management module has been designed:

- to manage the contractual relationship with the customer;

- to plan and control the progress of expected revenues on the basis of the initial agreement and subsequent changes occurred during the contract life-cycle.

Features

The main features of this module allow you:

during the Planning phase

  • to define the scope of work and the related contractual terms (advances, withholdings, guarantees, performance, penalties, invoices, payments, etc.);
  • to define the structure of the Contract by identifying the "Contract Items" and their type (lump sum, unit prices, reimbursement);
  • to break down each Contract Item until identifying the control elements (wp);
  • to attribute to the work packages a value (or a weight) congruent with the value attributed to the relative Contract Item;
  • to place over time, according to the contract schedule, the individual wp;
  • to develop the economic and financial plan for the Contract.

during the Developing phase

  • to detect and evaluate the progress of the Contract;
  • to detect and register invoices and incomes;
  • to update the business plan for the contract also in connection with any change occurred.
