Proposal Management

The Proposal Management module is designed to calculate the price for the products/services offered, articulating it in a timely manner according to the objectives (policy of prices).

Depending on the circumstances, the structure of a bid (Bid Breakdown Structure) can be:

  • Self defined;
  • Imposed by the Client.

In both cases, the result of the process of developing an offer will lead to the formulation of the final price, on one or more items that will make up the amount of revenue required for the product and / or service to be provided.

Features

The main features of this module allow:

  • to articulate the proposal according to Bid Items defined by the Client;
  • to allocate on the Bid Items the "Direct Specific Costs " and "Direct General Costs" already processed with the Cost Estimating module;
  • to insert and allocate on the Bid Items the overhead percentage for the Indirect General Costs for the Expected Margin and for a possible negotiation;
  • to associate to the Bid Items a billing plan that allows, together with the cost plan, to develop a first hypothesis on the future cash flow and to assess the expected profitability.
