Bridge’s general features and functionalities are:

-  flexibility, allowing to exercise control with the intensity level corresponding to the maturity of the company and to the complexity and relevance of the specific Projects;

-  multi-user operability, both towards managed entities (Projects, Contracts, Subcontracts, Internal Work Orders) and menu items, allowing you to carry on Planning and Control of activities in independent but collaborative way between all stakeholders of Project;

-  multi-language (associated to the individual user);

-  multi-currency, with the conversion into a single currency, taken as the reference on the basis of currencies defined both at Enterprise level and at Project, Contract, Subcontract levels;

Native structural integration among all modules, which guarantees at all times the coherence of data within the system;

bidirectional integration with ERP systems for the acquisition of the actual data and to provide forecasts to the required level of aggregation;

integration with schedulers (P6 Primavera, MS Project, Tilos ..) for the" time phasing" of the managed values (hours, costs, revenues, margin, turnover, cash in, cash out);

-  integration with Risk Analysis Software (Deltek Acumen Risk) within the compatible MS Excel file;

import and export of data to and from (MS) Excel.

Peculiarity

Bridge also has some features that distinguish it, introduced over the years to support the operations of the users: 

-  “Excel-like” interface, that characterizes all modules of the system and that, with functions of collapse and expansion of the rows contained in the worksheets and configurability of the different profiles of visibility of the columns, allows an easy management and consultation of a high number of data;


-  Progressive Recasting, which allows you to allocate the values of Estimate Items (EI) into Control Items (CI), and which allows you to track and maintain at all times the relationship (many to many) between the cost estimated (at EI level) and the cost planned and budgeted (at CI level);

 

Classification of Control Items contained in the Operational Plan (Ae, Ai, Ap, B, C, D), which determines the different ways in which the same are treated both in the planning phase and in the control phase;

-  Ability to Analyze and Clean up the data acquired from other corporate information systems (accounting and logistical) before incorporating them, thus avoiding errors due to improper attributions;

Forecast Rolling, that manages in an effective and sustainable way the daily evolution of Expected Final Costs (EAC) in terms of value, nature and responsibility;

-  Daily Traceability Trend (EAC tracking), in terms of value and composition, of the Final Expected Cost;

Screening, which is an original and effective tool that allows you to analyze (both in graphical and in tabular way) the time-phased data of the single Projects, Contracts, Subcontracts and of the Porfolios.
